Our Funders & Partners

Keyhouse is primarily a contract-delivery charity and company.

Housing

In the main the funding to run our housing services comes from contracts with Supporting People teams in the various local authority areas where we are contracted to provide services along with rental income from the properties where we provide accommodation-based services.

Advice

In the main, funding to run our advice services comes from contracts with the Legal Services Commission in the various areas where our services are available. In Bradford, our services are delivered as part of the LSC consortium with CHAS and Stachiw Bashir and Green. We also receive contract and service-level agreement income from a number of Local Authorities across our area of operations.

In addition at present we receive grant income from the Tudor Trust for a training and advice service across North Yorkshire, funded until 2011.

Training

Our training is generally delivered on a trading basis – you can buy our training services from us. Increasingly we are also entering sub-contracting arrangements with a number of prime contracting organizations. Most notable of these are our partnerships with West Yorkshire Learning Partnerships for Train to Gain and with City Training Services for Apprenticeships

Donations and Gift Aid

Please see our Support Keyhouse page for more details of how you can help fund the services that we provide.

25 years of support

Twenty-five years since that first Keighley hostel began catering for the region’s homeless, we’re very proud of the successful multi-discipline organisation we’ve become.

How have we done it?
