Aimed squarely at residential landlords, our Housing Management Service involves Keyhouse taking on the responsibility for letting and managing properties on behalf of their landlords.

The service includes Keyhouse overseeing the repair and maintenance of properties using either our in-house maintenance team or sub-contracted repair professionals. Although the landlord remains liable for repair costs, Keyhouse takes on all the administration and management associated with the property and its upkeep.

Properties managed in this way are let to our service users fully furnished, and the serviced is financed entirely by rental incomes.  While landlords enjoy hassle-free letting and the feel-good factor of playing a part in our mission, our service users benefit from an extra source of safe, liveable and affordable accommodation. It’s a win-win situation.
